Signed handwritten statement by Jacques S. Alexis recording funds in his possession at the time of detention, including US $13,000 and 53 gourdes described as authors' rights received from foreign countries.

Associated handwritten inventory and receipt record listing money and personal effects. The document is visibly dated 23 April 1961 and bears the name Edouard Guillot beneath the signature.
